“The hood’s Barack”

I just heard Jay-Z’s verse on the A Milli remix which is some clap rap ode to hip hop hyper capitalism. I think it’s important to note the following lyrics from Jay:
sean carter sean bell
what’s the difference do tell
50 shots or 50 mill(ion)
ain’t no difference, go to hell,
so Rrrah, lick a shot for Barrrack Obama
Change gon come-a
I’m a buy the whole hood Llammas on me
Ain’t no difference? Really? Is there a Jay-Z apologist who can explain this to me? Or am i missing the genius of “the hood’s Barack.”
UPDATE:
To: DJ Eurok
how do I actually get to listen to it…

Using free file sharing services (sendspace, sharespace, zshare, etc) is kinda like a hip hop blog prerequisite and its good for stuff at work when you want to send the big powerpoint but it keeps bouncing back. I digress, here’s a more accessible link…Jay-Z A Milli Remix
Oh and I’m a Jay-apologist, so look in the comments

I guess he is saying:
There is no difference between him and Sean Bell, because even Jay Z, a wealthy African American superstar worth millions of dollars, could be gunned down by racist police officers for no reason other than his race.
In light of that, you should not only vote for Barack Obama, but you should fire your weapons in solidarity with the movement.
And once Barack is elected Jay Z will buy everyone in the ghetto Llamas. I am not sure if he means the animals, or some sort of garment made from Llama.
I challenge the internets for a better reading.
i don’t try to read that deeply into Jay-Z. but i like llamas. they’re fun(ny). especially the ones down at penland.
Llammas for everyone in every hood!
Peace Justice: Absolutely correct except the last line. He is not talkingabout Llamas the animal, but Llama is slang for a gun. i.e. he is gonna buy everybody a gun to shoot in honor of the movement.
