Rappers Wale and Tabbi Bonney were not nominated, nor were Charles County Lamonts regulars Jim Bennett &#38; Lady Mary whose song "Sometimes" get some Saturday airplay on WPFW and on other downhome grown folks soul/blues radio programs around the country.</description>
