Kenneth Foster was sentenced to death ten years ago for the murder of Michael LaHood, a white man. The trial judge, the prosecutor, and the jury that sentenced him to die admit he never killed anyone.
I just sent a message to Governor Perry, the Board of Pardons and Paroles and every member of the Texas Legislature urging them to stop the execution of Kenneth Foster, who is scheduled for execution on August 30, 2007. Please take a moment to send your own message to the Governor, the BPP and the Legislature.
